Coldplay had initially announced a six-night run at Wembley next year but added four more shows due to 'phenomenal demand' - here is everything you need to know

Coldplay tickets for their UK 2025 tour go on sale on Ticketmaster today - with new dates at London just added.

The band, comprised of frontman Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, drummer Will Champion and bassist Guy Berryman, will make history by becoming the first music act to play 10 nights at Wembley Stadium in a single tour - breaking a record jointly held by Taylor Swift and Take That.

Coldplay had initially announced a six-night run at Wembley next year but added four more shows due to “phenomenal demand”. But how much will tickets go on sale? Here is everything you need to know before their general release.

When do Coldplay tickets go on sale?

Coldplay tickets will be released on Ticketmaster at 9am today. It comes after presale tickets were released yesterday - but while thousands of fans managed to secure their seats, others weren't so lucky. Some fans reported that presale codes were not working, while others claimed they were allowed to purchase one ticket.

Others were also reporting that tickets were already being put on resale site Viagogo. Those who pre-ordered the new Coldplay album Moon Music from the Coldplay UK or EU Stores were automatically for the presale.

How much are Coldplay tickets?

If you missed out yesterday, you can still try for tickets today when the general sale starts at 9am. General admission standing tickets are normally priced at £110 per ticket plus a £2.75 per order fee, while seats are priced between £55 and £165 per ticket plus a £2.75 per order fee.

Is Coldplay using 'dynamic pricing'?

Coldplay won't be using "dynamic pricing" for these 2025 UK tour tickets. "Dynamic pricing" sees the price of tickets fluctuate based on demand - this means they change regularly and can reach really expensive levels for popular acts. Oasis recently came under fire after the price of standard tickets more than doubled from £148 to £355 under the controversial pricing method.

On Ticketmaster website, it has been confirmed that "dynamic pricing" won't be used for Coldplay tickets. This will be a relief for fans, after "dynamic pricing" was used in August 2022 for the band's shows at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium. An update on the Ticketmaster website for the 2025 tour reads: "All ticket prices for these concerts are fixed at the advertised rate."

When will Coldplay cheaper 'Infinity tickets' go on sale?

A very limited number of cheaper "Infinity tickets" will be released on November 22, sold in pairs at £52.25 for shows at London Wembley Stadium, and £46.75 for the Hull Craven Park shows. These tickets are for seats that are allocated to you by the organiser - this means you may be located anywhere in the venue. Ticketmaster has not revealed exactly how many Infinity tickets will be available.
