Strictly's Nick Knowles seen with arm in a sling as future on show hangs in balance
Nick Knowles has worried Strictly Come Dancing fans with an update on his health
by Victoria Johns · The MirrorNick Knowles' Strictly future is in jeopardy after the BBC DIY star 'damaged' his arm.
The presenter, 62, revealed the news on Instagram today while driving, wearing a sling. Telling fans he'd injured himself in a freak accident while changing a tyre on his car he said: "Good morning, here’s a little update from me at the start of week two @bbcstrictly rehearsals.
"As you can see my arm is in a sling and that's because my car broke down at the side of the motorway. I had my little boy in the car, so I wanted to change the tyre as quickly as possible. In the process of hurrying to get the wheel off, I managed to damage my shoulder and arm a little. I'm not sure how, but it's been quite painful."
Explaining he was on his way to London's Harley Street to get a scan done and some "top medical advice", Nick told fans he was "heading to training afterwards". He also confirmed he would see viewers on It Takes Two "later today".
