Kristina Rihanoff and Ben Cohen, who said they are "fighting" to save their relationship, were last pictured together nearly two months ago.

Fans of the couple, who met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2013 and share their daughter Mila, were stunned to learn that the pair are so much in debt that they are "fighting not to lose their relationship and their home." Last month Russian ballroom dancer Kristina, 46, appeared in court after she was caught driving her Audi Q3 without insurance in Horsemarket, Northampton, on April 4.

During the hearing at Northampton Crown Court, she blamed her fiancé, who appeared as a witness and said he had ignored a text message from his insurance company. Ben, 45, said: "I get up every day and I fight not to lose everything to lose my cars and my house and my relationship. I'm so overdrawn."

When questioned about strains on his relationship, the former rugby player said: "We're still living together. We're in it financially. We're in business together so the problem is that we opened the business before Covid and we got the worst severities of it and in all honestly this is just another problem for me to deal with.

"I've got credit cards that are overdrawn. I'm overdrawn in both accounts. We have got a business debt because of Covid. It's just another problem." Currently, the state of the pair's relationship is not known, but the last time they were seen together in public was on August 11, when their daughter Mila won a prize in a dance competition.

Sharing a video on her Instagram profile, proud mum Kristina wrote: "AND THE WINNER IS…MILA COHEN. It was truly special and beautiful for @bencohenrugby and I to witness the moment yesterday when Mila won Le Classic Juvenile soloist of the year in Ballroom & Latin!!!

"It was definitely unexpected because other nominees were truly incredible dancers and she also was the youngest nominee in this category and now the youngest winner and we are beyond proud of her! Mummy & daddy had to keep the promise to Mila and give her a 'YES' day so we celebrated it today with loads of activities, mini golf, arcades, sweeties and ice cream. Shine bright our little star, keep going and keeeeeep dancing."

It comes just weeks after reports emerged that Kristina and Ben have put their £1.75 million home on the market. The five-bedroom home in Sywell, Northamptonshire, was bought in 2016 and was put up for sale in September.

Sitting on a plot of 1.73acres of land, the palatial pad has been put up for sale on RightMove for £1,750,000, reported the Daily Mail. It is described as a "superb family home offering spacious and versatile living accommodation" kitted out with an "impressive kitchen breakfast/family living area".

Pictures online show off the lavish home, which boasts a state of the art kitchen complete with granite worktops, recessed lighting and a large central island unit, as well as an integrated wine fridge, wine racks and breakfast bar area. There is also a huge outside space in which a number of cars can be parked.
