Coronation Street's Sally Carman stuns co-stars with new look as she says 'I'll be over there'

Coronation Street star Sally Carman-Duttine has been flooded with compliments from her co-stars and fans as she debuted a new look.

For months now the actress has been getting messages about her long blonde locks after originally rocking a short do on the cobbles. But it appears Sally, known for playing Abi Webster in the ITV soap, has gone back to her roots.

The soap star took to Instagram on Saturday (October 5) with a gorgeous selfie in which her blonde tresses looked revitalised - and a lot shorter - after a trip to the salon.

Captioning the post, in which she gave a smile for the camera with her glossy lips and looking autumnal in a roll neck beige top, Sally wrote: "Short and sweet. Thank you @leahrileyhair @greatlengthsuk for my new hair doooooo #hair #lessfaff #autumnalvibes."

And it didn't take long for her Corrie castmates to respond. Tina O'Brien (Sarah Platt) commented: "You look flippin gorgeous," to which Sally cheekily replied: "I’ll be over there if you carry on!" with a love heart eyes emoji.

Vicky Myers (DS Lisa Swain) said: "Love it! You’re absolutely stunning." Channique Sterling-Brown (Dee-Dee Bailey) posted: "Gorgeous." Georgia Taylor (Toyah Habeeb) replied: "Love, love, love this!!!!!" Charlotte Jordan (Daisy Midgeley) echoed: "Ooooo yas love love love."

Tanisha Gorey (Asaha Alahan) shared: "The most beautiful." Jodie Prenger (Glenda Shuttleworth) typed: "Stun-nin!" Sally Dynevor (Sally Metcalfe) wrote: "Gorgeous." Samia Longchambon (Maria Windass) added: "Totally beautiful."

It comes after Sally recently ditched the UK for some R&R Greece after previous trips to Ibiza over the summer. Taking to Instagram at the end of last month, she shared a string of photos from her trip, with the first showing her chilling indoors with a glass of cool water as she appeared stylish in a white shirt tucked into a pair of wide-leg trousers and straw hat.

Other pictures showed Sally, who is married to co-star Joe Duttine, who plays Tim Metcalfe, relaxing in a red swimsuit in a hammock above an infinity pool before beaming as she got caught on camera, while another showed her chilling outside in the sun while sporting a leopard print swimsuit.
