by Hannah McGreevy · Manchester Evening NewsI'm A Celebrity 2024 is set to kick off in just over a week, and the first celebrity participant has reportedly been confirmed today.
Danny Jones from McFly was spotted at Heathrow Airport, checking into a flight bound for Australia, ready to venture into the jungle.
He wasn't the only well-known personality present, as Joel Dommett and Sam Thompson were also seen boarding the same flight. The duo have been confirmed as hosts of this year's spin-off show - I'm A Celebrity... Unpacked.

The 38-year-old boyband member will reportedly spend up to three weeks in the camp starting next weekend. The complete line-up has already been reported and will be officially announced by ITV in the coming days, reports the Mirror.
The camp is said to include Coleen Rooney, 38, wife of footballer Wayne Rooney and known for her Wagatha Christie trial with Rebekah Vardy over leaked stories about her family.
Tulisa Contostavlos, former N Dubz singer and X Factor judge, is also rumoured to be making a TV comeback on the show.
Boxing legend Barry McGuigan is joining the show, stepping in as the sportsman in camp after Ally McCoist dropped out. Bookmakers currently favour McFly star Danny to win.
He previously won The Masked Singer, and his McFly bandmate Dougie Poynter clinched victory on the show back in 2011.

Last year saw ex-Made In Chelsea personality Sam Thompson win over viewers to become King of the Jungle, much to the excitement of his fans watching from home.
Sam was spotted boarding the same plane as Danny today, along with his co-host Joel, who has also featured on the ITV series. Both appeared in high spirits, seemingly unfazed by the attention from photographers as they geared up for their journey to Australia.
Comedian Joel, aged 39, who was a runner-up on the ITV show back in 2016, is set to co-host I'm A Celebrity... Unpacked with last year's victor Sam Thompson and presenter, DJ Kemi Rodgers.
During an interview on Good Morning Britain this Tuesday, Joel shared: "I did the extra show for three years, which I loved. I feel like I learned everything there. And then it stopped for a couple of years, and it feels like the right time to bring it back. And we're really sort of mixing it up. We're changing it a lot."
I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here will kick off on November 17 at 9pm on ITV and ITVX.
