by · Manchester Evening News

Big Brother fans all made an observation about a new housemate from Manchester dubbed a 'queen' and an 'icon'. The hit show returned to ITV for its second series on Sunday night (October 6).

The live launch, hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best, revealed a new batch of housemates whose every move will be watched by the nation over six weeks.

The show made a comeback to screens for a reboot in 2023, having previously been cancelled by Channel 4 in 2010 and Channel 5 in 2018. Jordan Sangha was crowned winner of Big Brother series 20 last year.

Aesthetics business owner Emma, 53, from Altrincham, was the second housemate to enter the Big Brother house on Sunday, revealing she couldn't decide whether she would bring the 'peace' or 'drama' to the house.

Viewers of the show were quick to share their views on X, formerly Twitter, making a 'winner' prediction.

@ITSGEORGESSS posted: "2 housemates in and I already want Emma to win," as @nowbigbrother wrote: "Omg calling it now Emma is gonna be the drama."
