BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Vito Coppola supported as he makes joint announcement with Sarah Hadland
by Jessica Sansome · Manchester Evening NewsVito Coppola has been flooded with messages of support as he shared his latest joint message with his Strictly Come Dancing co-star Sarah Hadland.
Fans were delighted as they saw the pair back in the show's famous ballroom over the weekend. During the latest live show on Saturday night (November 2), actress Sarah was seen channelling none other than Madonna for Strictly's first-ever 'Icons Week'.
The new themed week saw the remaining couples take to the dance floor to perform a routine accompanied by a track from a well-known singer or band - with the likes of Madonna, as mentioned, Whitney Houston, George Michael and Bruno Mars all being chosen by the stars.

During the live show, Sarah and Vito were seen dancing a Cha Cha Cha to the singer's 1989 track, Like a Prayer, marking week seven of Strictly's 2024 series.

Anton Du Beke told them that he was "speechless". He added: "I’m blown away, it was so brilliant, love your legs, best dance tonight," before Craig Revel Horwood concluded that the "cape went better with you than Madonna," before saying Vito had worked Sarah hard to achieve their "powerhouse performance" which saw them bag 37 out of 40 points, including a 10 from Anton.
It was later confirmed that Sarah and Vito had been giving the backing of the public and had made it through to week eight of the popular dance programme, which will take place live this Saturday night (November 8).
After heading back into a new week of training, Vito and Sarah took to social media to share their thanks with those who voted for them to make it through to another week.
