Identical sisters who married twin brothers show how they really paired up

Twin sisters Brittany and Briana, who married identical brothers Josh and Jeremy Salyers, opened up about how they paired off.

The sisters fell head over heels for the Salyers twins and eventually said 'I do' in a joint ceremony back in August 2018. Now, the unique family share a home together in Virginia, US, and have since expanded their brood with the arrival of their first children in 2021.

Jeremy and Briana welcomed their son Jax in January, while Josh and Brittany introduced Jett to the world in April. The two boys are considered quaternary twins, meaning they are cousins but also share the same genetic sibling status.

Their family life is documented on Instagram, where they amassed an impressive following of 322,000 fans. A recent post revealed the natural way the couples paired up, stating: "We paired off by birth order not on purpose... it was a natural gravitation!

"Briana and Jeremy are each the older twin. They fell in love and got married. Brittany and Josh are each the younger twin. They fell in love and got married also."

The post attracted thousands of likes and comments, with one clip showing the couples pairing up prompting reactions such as: "Perfect for each other." Another added: "Am I the only one thinking they swap sometimes."

The couples didn't just have children simultaneously; they got engaged and married together as well. In a previous conversation with USA Today, Brittany explained: "I think for a lot of people in the dating world, specifically singletons, they are looking for their other half.

"We each already had another half a literal other half and we each previously had experiences where we dated people who were annoyed that it was not them who was considered the other half. But the four of us all understand the twin thing."
