Kerry Katona has ended her relationship with fiancé Ryan Mahoney after six years together.

The 44-year-old got engaged to the 36-year-old fitness trainer in 2021 with their romance seeing its fair share of ups and downs.

The pair were set to get married in Las Vegas but cancelled their wedding at the last minute and the Atomic Kitten star has been open about their frequent arguments, with her work on OnlyFans being a major point of contention.

The mum-of-five confirmed the end of their relationship in an unusual interaction with fans. This came as she posted about visiting her ill mother Sue in hospital, the Mirror reports.

When a fan asked if the doctor was single, Kerry responded: "No, but I am! " Kerry previously confessed that her and Ryan had been arguing 'like cat and dog'.

In her latest column, she wrote: "I've not had the best time this week, it has been tough. Last week I was feeling really triggered because of the Liam Payne news and how similar it was to my late husband George's death."

Kerry, who is a mum to Lilly, Holly, Heidi, Max and DJ, opened up to OK!, sharing: "And this week my mum hasn't been well, her health is really declining and it is worrying for me. It's hard to see. Ryan and I have been arguing like cat and dog too so we've not had the best time.

"We're not in a great place at the moment. I do like to be honest when things are like this, though, because no one is perfect and everyone has their issues. I'd much rather be real about it."

The celebrity also revealed her doubts on whether they'd ever tie the knot. She expressed her apprehension towards marriage following her previous tumultuous experiences.

Her marital journey began with Westlife member Brian McFadden in 2002, but the relationship dissolved after four years. In 2007, the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! winner walked down the aisle with taxi driver Mark Croft and went on to have two kids together before splitting in 2011.

Kerry's next commitment was to former rugby league player George Kay in 2014—one that brought another child into their lives but ended three years afterward. George sadly passed away in 2019.

Having moved on with Ryan, their union initially seemed to flourish, yet recently took a turn for the worse after earlier this year, tensions reportedly mounted over her OnlyFans account.

Spending time recuperating at her mum Sue's place—whom she endearingly names her "rock"—she described sentiments of loneliness and a lack of support from Ryan, her fiancé of four years.

To add to her frustration, Kerry returned to a chaotic household, venting, "I was fuming with the kids and Ryan because no one had tidied up anything. It frustrates me, because it always happens when I'm away. I am still recovering from my nose surgery and even bending down at the moment hurts because of the scar on my rib."
