For the upcoming 10 weeks, Alison's commute from work in the Royal County of Berkshire will be significantly shorter than her previous journey.
The presenter recently sold her Solihull home for a reported £700,000, making a profit of around £117,500.

Despite only recently handing over the keys to her Midlands property, Alison has been residing in her new home closer to London since March 2024.
The 49-year-old mum showcased her new residence, complete with a sprawling green garden, on Instagram. In an Instagram Story, Alison revealed a landscaped garden and patio overlooking the English countryside.
She captioned the video: "Feeling very emotional knowing that without all your support and love I wouldn't be looking at this view. This is my new garden I would draw as a child but never dreamed it would be a reality. Thank you.".
While Alison has remained tight-lipped about the exact location of her stunning new home, properties in London's commuter belt can exceed £10million.
