A$AP Rocky unveiled a new bag at the Bottega Veneta show. The “Fashion Killa” and Veneta ambassador sat front row at the brand’s spring 2025 presentation beside fellow ambassador Jacob Elordi on Saturday during Milan Fashion Week. He held the Sardine bag that will launch in-stores and online in November.
For the show, Rocky’s look was curated by longtime stylist Matthew Henson. He wore his own version of a three-piece suit for the showing, incorporating a grey suit, a floral print tank top and a black leather vest. He also wore a long gold necklace, a gold and diamond bracelet, gold rings and a green earring.
But the rapper also carried a bag, which he took with him to the brand’s afterparty. It was done in a red and yellow snakeskin print. It features a handle across the top in the shape of the fish, for which it was named. It is composed of a single half-moon-shaped pouch.

Matthieu Blazy sought to evoke the wonder of trying on clothes for the first time in a playful, experimental and at times dazzling collection. “In his three years leading Bottega Veneta, the French-Belgian designer has let adult fashion professionals experience wonder quite consistently with his inventive, original and fiercely chic clothes,” WWD’s Miles Socha noted in a review. “Blazy further built up his fashion characters with little clues about their lives: Dad in a perfect suit toting his daughter’s pink backpack, or a breakfast pastry in a leather bag that evoked a paper sack. Several of the female characters – perhaps a secretary in a dental clinic, perhaps a CEO – toted flowers they bought for themselves.”

In addition to Elordi and Rocky, Kendall Jenner, Imane Khelif, I.N, and more attended the show seated on beanbags in the shapes of animals.
The rapper has appeared in multiple campaigns for the Italian brand. He was notably a star in the pre-spring 2024 campaign, which repurposed street style photographs as marketing material. In addition, a set of images debuted in summer, shot by Carrie Mae Weems, featuring Rocky with his sons. For both campaigns, the latter of which was titled “Portraits of Fatherhood,” Rocky was styled by Henson.
“I first encountered Carrie’s photography as a student,” Blazy said of “Portraits of Fatherhood” in June. “Its originality, engagement, and social impact deeply moved me. Over the years, I have carried the power and importance of her work with me. I am honored that she has brought her lens and vision to this project with Rocky, exploring fatherhood and its contemporary significance. The images reveal the realness of Rocky as a father and a man beyond the public figure, striking in their intimacy.”
