Peter Andre's new tour isn't shaping up to be the success he had anticipated, as per reports. The 51-year-old Australian singer is scheduled to tour in January, with UK-based gigs featuring performances of songs by legendary American singer Frankie Valli.

However, ticket sales are reportedly not matching his previous sell-out successes, leading to tickets being offered for a mere £1. The tour will see Pete perform at over 41 venues between January and March next year.

While some venues have proven popular, others have reportedly been slow to sell tickets. Despite concerns over ticket sales, Pete has revealed a new venture he has recently embarked on.

The singer will try his hand at acting, having secured a role in a new Channel 5 drama. Although he has appeared in productions like Grease in recent years, this new project represents a further step into acting.

He disclosed last month: "I have got a part in a new Channel 5 drama as one of the lead characters, which I'm excited about. I can't reveal the name of it just yet or give much away, but I start filming next month and can't wait to get stuck in. Watch this space! " Peter is also currently enjoying life with his newborn daughter, Arabella. The six-month-old is Pete's fifth child, and third with Emily MacDonagh, reports the Mirror.

Updating fans on his youngest last week, Pete shared that spending time with her has been "amazing".

In a heartfelt chat, he expressed his appreciation for family time: "Arabella is six months old this week and I'm so grateful I've been able to spend so much quality time with her and Emily recently. It's been amazing just to be there with Emily and go through the whole process together. She's now at the stage where things change, she's pretty much sleeping through the night and is ready to start weaning. Adding an extra child in the mix is a big change, a beautiful but hectic one. The family actually feels complete now with the baby, it's perfect."

Discussing who Arabella resembles, Pete mentioned: "I'm beginning to see some resemblances between Arabella and Theo; she certainly shares some of his features." However, he remains cautious about her privacy: "Arabella has a cute little triangle of hair at the back of her head and it is so adorable – I posted a picture on Instagram," Pete continued. "I can't believe how grown up she is now. Like Millie and Theo, it's unlikely Emily and I will show her face on social media. AI, for example, can be a scary thing in regard to stealing children's identity and we don't know enough about how these images can be used in future."
