It might still be September but it'll be here before we know it and if you're on the hunt for a Christmas party dress, Next might have just the thing. The retailer's Cape Detail Maxi Dress is proving to be a hit with shoppers, garnering plenty of compliments.

Available in sizes 6 to 22 and priced at £69, this dress comes in four seasonal shades: navy blue, olive green, burgundy red, and black. The product description on Next's website describes it as "This beautiful maxi-length dress has an elegant design, featuring a round neck, flattering cape sleeve detailing, a keyhole opening at the back and a split side hem, perfect for showing off a pair of strappy heels."
