While there won't be any new Vampire Survivors achievements to unlock with the Vampire Survivors Ode to Castlevania DLC, you can expect loads of new characters, weapons, and a massive new stage, when it launches for the Game Pass gem on October 31.

Vampire Survivors joins forces with Konami for Ode to Castlevania DLC

Poncle says the Castlevania-themed DLC pack is a "celebration of all things Castlevania " and the "biggest DLC" it has ever created for Vampire Survivors. Ode to Castlevania adds over 20 playable characters, over 40 new weapons, including swords, shields, projectiles, and, of course, more whips, a new stage, and over 30 new music tracks, including "several dozen original Castlevania tracks."The DLC also brings a massive new stage to explore, which Poncle says is the "biggest stage we've made yet."

Much like with previous crossover expansions, Ode to Castlevania will not feature any new Xbox achievements. When Poncle announced its first crossover DLC for Vampire Survivors, the Among Us-themed Emergency Meeting, the developer said it didn't want to add any new achievements in case the licensed expansion was pulled from sale in the future, ruining the completion for future players.

Vampire Survivors' Ode to Castlevania launches on October 31 and will soon be available to purchase on the Xbox store for $3.99 / £2.99 / €3.99. The game's previously free content update added nine new achievements to unlock.
