A Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Service officer received a big round of applause on the internet after he saved the life of a crow by performing Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the bird.

A video of V Velladurai’s heroic efforts to rescue the bird has gone viral, with social media users expressing their gratitude for his compassion and dedication.

The crow got electrocuted after landing on a transformer near the Kavundampalayam Fire Station in Coimbatore.

As it fell unconscious, Velladurai rushed to help. He gently picked up the bird and performed CPR, which successfully revived it.

After regaining its strength, the crow soared back into the sky, thanks to Velladurai’s swift action.

In a similar incident earlier this year, a police officer in the Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh saved the life of an unconscious monkey by performing CPR on it.
