Kiara Advani, who is currently shooting for War 2, shared picture with the director Ayan Mukerji from the sets. The actor will share screen space with Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR.

All eyes are on War 2, which is tentatively set for release on Independence Day 2025. Filming is in full gear, with director Ayan Mukerji pulling out all the stops. Amid the buzz, Kiara Advani shared a selfie with Ayan on her Instagram stories. Dressed in white and with a stole covering her head, she captioned the post, "Holy Sunday (sic).”

Earlier, the actor had shared two pictures from Italy while giving a glimpse of her shooting life.

As per various reports, Kiara’s entry sequence has been mounted on a grand scale. Kiara is believed to perform a fighting scene in a shopping mall for her entry sequences.

War 2 marks the sixth installment in the YRF Spy Universe, which kicked off with Ek Tha Tiger (2012), followed by Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) and War (2019). The fourth film, Pathaan (2023), expanded the universe with crossover opportunities, featuring Salman Khan's cameo as Tiger. Tiger 3 saw Shah Rukh Khan make a special appearance. After War 2, Alia Bhatt and Sharvari will continue the spy saga with Alpha, set to release on December 25, 2025.

Meanwhile,on the work front, besides being busy with the shoot for War 2, Kiara's next theatrical project is the Telugu film Game Changer, co-starring Ram Charan. The film will release on December 20, 2024.
