Manoj Muntashir reveals Adipurush controversy deeply affected him; says 'Main jhuka nahin...'

Adipurush writer Manoj Muntashir has opened up about the controversy that movie went through. He spoke about how the dialogues of the film were criticised.

Adipurush has been the most talked about movie. The film has been badly trolled for his poor dialogues. People criticised the movie for disrespectful lines. The movie starred Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan and others. The writing of the film was criticised and Manoj Muntashir is the writer of the film. He received a lot of backlash. He had apologised for the same and said that the mistakes happened unintentionally and he did not mean to hurt anyone's sentiments. He also said that he did not mean to disrespect Lord Ram and Hanuman.

However, Manoj Muntashir got affected by these trolls. He went through a lot because of the same. He spoke to Shubhankar Mishra on his YouTube channel and said that he cried a lot. He also said that he understood as a human being that nothing is permanent. He added that he knows that what exists today might not be there tomorrow, but he also learned that what is good today can turn bad tomorrow and may become good again.

He has not stopped or given up and is working hard day and night. He further spoke about his experience in Bollywood. He said that Bollywood is just like a marketplace where there are no rules and there is only one rule of profit.

Manoj Muntashir was also trolled for the words he had used for Lord Hanuman. He was defending the dialogues written for Lord Hanuman and he said that Lord Hanuman is not God but a mere devotee and that people have him God because his devotion had that power.

The dialogues that received backlash in Adipurush were - "Kapda tere baap ka, aag tere baap ki, tel tere baap ka, jalegi bhi tere baap ki", "Mere ek sapole ne tere Sheshnag ko lamba kar diya", and others.
