FIFTY FIFTY will not be appearing on SBS's 'Inkigayo' following the 'Unanswered Questions' controversy

Girl group FIFTY FIFTY will not be appearing on SBS's music program 'Inkigayo', ATTRAKT confirmed on September 28 KST.

Previously, the well-known investigative case-solving program 'Unanswered Questions', which has been airing on SBS since 1992, faced controversy for its allegedly "biased" coverage of the FIFTY FIFTY case. Although the program eventually apologized for causing viewers discomfort and for broadcasting incomplete information about an ongoing case, it never managed to recover its tarnished reputation.

Furthermore, according to an interview by ATTRAKT CEO Jeon Hong Joon, 'Unanswered Questions' never directly apologized to the label for portraying it in a negative light. Jeon Hong Joon stated, "Even if you consider the fact that variety programs and investigation programs are separate areas, it doesn't change the fact that 'Unanswered Questions' damaged the reputation of ATTRAKT. How can I send FIFTY FIFTY on an SBS program? I would rather protect my dignity than chase after money."

Meanwhile, following the release of their 2nd mini album 'Love Tune', FIFTY FIFTY began promoting their title track "SOS" on music programs including 'M! Countdown', 'Music Bank', and 'Music Core'.
