Jedward star Edward Grimes has been left shaken for a second time after he was mugged in London.

The one half of Jedward revealed he had his phone robbed while in a shop in London.

Using his twin brother John's phone, Edward shared his fright on Jedward's social media late on Wednesday night.

He said: "Hi, it's Edward. Someone has stolen my phone so if ( anyone's trying to get in contact with me, don't be worried as I'm just really shaken right now! my whole life is on there.

"I'm just really thankful to have John now but I won't be able to be contacted.

"The shop where I was robbed have the two criminal thieves on camera hopefully we can get them arrested and justice will be served and we'll crack down this phone stealing ring in London.

"My heart dropped! Thanks for your kind messages," he added.

It is the second time Edward has been the victim of a mugging in London.

The Lucan twin was left shaken back in October 2023 after his phone was robbed by two masked men on bikes.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, the 32-year-old wrote at the time: “Be careful everyone, two masked guys tried to mug me on bikes as I was talking on the phone!

“Obviously shaken but was not expecting it! Seems like it’s happening all over London.

“Felt my wrist and arm being grabbed from behind. It all happened so fast and didn’t have [my twin brother] John next to me!

“Just would hate this to happen to anyone else and being made feel vulnerable”.

In another post, he added: “It’s just horrendous that’s people's whole life and memories on that phone. Stay safe.

“Just that feeling of what’s happening and are they gonna come back with a knife or something. Thank God I had a petrol station near me to run into.

“It’s so dangerous how they’re targeting people in groups and seem to have no consideration of the after-effects”.
