Lana Del Rey Appears To Have Married Swamp Boat Captain Jeremy Dufrene

It looks like Lana Del Rey and Jeremy Dufrene are officially husband and wife.

If this is the first you're hearing of Jeremy, he's a swamp boat captain in Louisiana. Based on social media, the two appear to have met in 2019 when Lana took one of his boat tours. They first sparked romance rumors last month, when they were filmed holding hands backstage at Reading Festival, which Lana headlined.

They've since been spotted together on numerous occasions, though a bit of internet sleuthing will show that Lana referred to him as "my guy" earlier this summer.

A post then went viral from someone claiming to be Jeremy's daughter, stating that she found out via the news that the two were together. When an Instagram account then published the posts along with the caption, "What’s your take on this developing relationship? Are these new details raising any red flags for you?" Lana succinctly replied, "No."

People then reported that Lana and Jeremy obtained a marriage license in Louisiana on September 23, meaning that the pair had 30 days to tie the knot.

Yesterday, according to photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the wedding seems to have happened — we can assume as much given that Lana was walked down the aisle by her father wearing a big white dress. The nuptials apparently happened in the same bayou where Jeremy gives his swamp tours.
