Jailer, his previous hit, only saw significant collections after receiving strong word-of-mouth and positive reviews in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The upcoming release of Vettaiyan the Hunter, set to hit theaters next week, currently lacks significant hype.

The film features prominent actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, and Fahadh Faasil, aiming to attract a pan-Indian audience. However, promotions have been minimal.

Moreover, Rajinikanth is currently hospitalized following a recent heart surgery and will not be able to attend any events or promote the movie.

As a result, Vettaiyan will also have to rely on reviews and word-of-mouth to succeed.
