Lennon Gallagher says he would lower cost of drinks if he was mayor

Liam Gallagher's model son Lennon, 25, has vowed to lower the price of a pint to £5 'like the good old days' if he is ever elected to become the mayor of London

Lennon announced his manifesto in an interview with The London Standard where he also revealed his favourite pub in London: The Seven Stars in Holborn. 

Lennon's dad Liam married actress Patsy Kensit in 1997 in London and Lennon was born in September 1999, a year before their divorce.

The couple divorced shortly afteR Gallagher had an affair with Lisa Moorish who had given birth to their daughter Molly in 1998.

Lennon also has a half-brother Gene Gallagher, 23, whose mother is Nicole Appleton, 49, a Canadian singer and television presenter whom Liam Gallagher dated in 2000 after his divorce with Patsy.

With his unruly eyebrows and mop of brown hair, there is no mistaking the rock-star lineage of the 24-year-old singer and model, who's following in his dad's footsteps

In his talk with the Standard, Lennon revealed that his parents are his greatest heroes. 

He said: 'They're both really hard-working people and seeing them in their respective fields, it definitely did instil some responsibility to work.' 

Lennon and his mother Patsy were recently revealed as the faces of a brand new Napapijri London Fashion Week campaign. 

With his unruly eyebrows and mop of brown hair, there is no mistaking the rockstar lineage of the 25-year-old singer and model. 

Photos from the campaign show the mother, 56, and son duo posed up in array of colourful ensembles for the brand - including jackets that bare a resemblance to those Oasis famously sported in their heyday.

Lennon told the Standard that his favourite places to go in London are The Windmill in Brixton and the Seven Stars in Holborn.

He explained: 'I always go to The Windmill. Even when I’m bored and there’s nothing on. 

'My bandmates work there, and I have friends behind the bar so I’m always going to run into someone who’s fun to talk to and hang out with.

'[The Seven Stars] is a really nice pub and they have the most adorable cat that works there according to the bar staff. It’s just like a nice small boozer.' 

And although Lennon isn't officially seeking office, he announced one revoloutiuonary change for London if he ever ousted Sadiq Khan. 

'I’d lower the price of pints' he boasted, 'Definitely. Go back to the good old days of them being a fiver. I think that’s a pretty round number.'
