Will Lindsay, 27 is a tree surgeon who comes from a tight-knit family in Kent - and who suffered his own heartbreak in 2017 when his father David died aged just 50.
He has a sister, Skye, 25, with whom he is particularly close, as well as a 32-year-old half-brother Lewis who lives in Dubai with his partner.
Kelsey and Will were pictured recently on a day out looking blissfully happy as they held hands and laughed together.
It is believed that they met earlier this year with insiders claiming that he has become a 'big part of her life' and has even attended a number of fund-raising events held in Tom's memory.
Kelsey, 33, was widowed when Tom died following a battle with brain cancer in March 2022.
Will's glamorous mother Dawn, 58, remarried following the death of her husband and now lives with his stepfather Lloyd James in Rochester, Kent.

She is the director of a well-known hair salon in the county which she co-founded in 1992, having previously worked in the industry for a number of years.
Kelsey and Will are reported to have grown very close recently, leading to her taking to Instagram over the weekend to share a snap of herself cosying up to her new partner although his identify was not revealed.
She wore a flowery orange dress while her partner wore a grey suit. Beaming in the picture, Kelsey captioned the image with a simple red heart.
A source said: 'Will has been very supportive of Kelsey because he knows what it's like to cope with the loss of someone very close to you.
'He helped her at a recent charity football match for Tom Parker and has attended other events with. She hasn't been shy about their romance and they pair looked very loved up at a gala last week.'
Just weeks before announcing her new relationship on social media Kelsey said that she knew her late husband Tom would 'send the right man for her'.
She told OK! Magazine: 'When it's meant to be, it'll be, and that person will be sent by Tom, I reckon. He's picking them for me.'
Detailing her thoughts on her now-ex Sean Boggans, who she dated following Tom's death, she added: 'I think he sent Sean for a reason. Sean was what I needed at the time, and he was wonderful.
'I'll never say a bad word about him. But, right now, I need to focus on work and providing for my children.'

Tom Parker's widow Kelsey and her new boyfriend Will step out after confirming their relationship
Tom was just 33 when he died of brain cancer after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in October 2020.
Tom and Kelsey first met in 2009, getting engaged in 2016 and marrying in 2018.
They shared two children together - a five-year-old daughter Amelia and son Bodhi, three.
News of Tom's brain tumour came just weeks before the birth of their second child.
In November 2022, eight months after Tom's death, Kelsey began dating electrician Sean Boggans - although they have since split.
The pair were introduced by friends at a wedding in London's Greenwich last October but separated as the first anniversary of Tom's death approached.
A source told the Sun: 'Kelsey and Sean split up around the anniversary of Tom's death - her head was all over the place around that time and she had a wobble, but Sean still really liked her and pursued her.
'After a few weeks of talking they got back together - she couldn't ignore her feelings for him. It's been really hard for them, but she wants to give it a shot.'

Sean spent time behind bars after fatally punching Shaun McDermott, 44, during a heated argument over a taxi outside the Havering Oak pub in Romford, Essex.
Kelsey this week hit back at trolls who criticised her for dating again, saying in an interview: 'When you've lost someone you love so much, it proves to you that you've only got one life.
'Tom would want me to be happy. You've got one life, so you should live it. That's what he's taught us.
'When it comes to dating again… what's it got to do with anyone else? I think whatever makes you happy in life, you've got to do it.'
She added: 'There is no rule book for grief out there and I'm saying to people: don't worry about how you're grieving because there is no right or wrong way to do it.'
And in lines from her new book, Kelsey Parker: With And Without You, she has also been reflecting on finding love again.
She explained: 'I’ve got to a stage in my grief journey where I’ve let that guilt go.'
Addressing her time with Sean, she said: 'At that point in my healing journey, I needed someone to give me what my family and friends couldn’t.
'I craved company in the evenings – but, more than anything, I didn’t want to be treated like a widow.
'Earlier this year, I decided to take my wedding ring off, and the trolling started again. I took my ring off because, for me, it was too painful to look at it every day. It doesn’t mean I’m forgetting Tom.'
