A major golf facility has been given the green light for Maynooth.

The development is located in the demesne grounds associated with Carton House which is a protected structure.

The development will be a single storey, detached building with a gross floor area of 396sq.m.

It will contain a high-performance golf centre consisting of gym, indoor putting, physio, trackman facility, reception/meeting room, changing facility/WC and circulation areas.

Also, ancillary development including hard and soft landscaping, footpaths and associated site works.
