Foodies can snap up a huge box of Celebrations chocolate for just over £20. Amazon has placed a limited-time discount on the 2.4.kg gift bulk box made up of Maltesers, Galaxy, Snickers and more.

The sharing gift deal also includes Twix, Bounty, and Milky Way - all of which come in bite-sized miniatures. The package is said to be “perfect” for birthday parties, trick-or-treaters at Halloween, or store away until the festive period comes around.

The box usually retails for £28.00 but is 28% discounted thanks to Amazon Prime’s Big Deal Day. Taking place on Tuesday, October 8, and Wednesday, October 9, the online retail company has slashed prices on a wide variety of popular products, including Kindle tablets, Fire TV Sticks, and Echo smart speakers, for its Amazon Prime members.

The deal can now be bought for £21 until midnight tonight, and customers are loving the new price. The deal has a 4.6-star rating on Amazon and over 22,000 reviews - the majority of which recommend adding the deal to your Amazon basket.

One reviewer said: “Excellent purchase, opened eaten a few. Saving rest for Christmas. Great selection, quality good. Use by good also.” Another added: “Arrived mega quick, one day, great price. Huge box for while grand kids on summer hols.”

A third review reads: “Bought for Xmas, all gone by 1st Oct. Cheaper than tins. Missus and the kids ate the best. I got a tin of Snickers and bounties left.” Another review, rating it five stars, added: “Excellent product . Quick delivery and they taste good.”

Additionally, Amazon is also selling a Cadbury Dairy Milk bar “cheaper than Tesco and ASDA”. Reporter Tom Capon ordered it without having to leave his house and when it arrived it was bigger than his head.

He said: “He said: “It's Cadbury Dairy Milk, so it's obviously delicious - the thing was nearly as big as my head. Even I, someone with a sweet tooth so strong the sugar in Tesco's baking aisle starts running when it sees me, couldn't finish it in one session. In fact, it took a week. The bar is absolutely huge. Its size makes it an ideal gift, or you could keep it for continuous snacking.”
