Amazon shoppers are loving a Russell Hobbs vacuum cleaner that is currently on sale. The cylinder multi-tool cleaner has racked up a rating of 4.4 stars and has over 3,000 reviews recommending it.

The nifty silver product features a compact design making it ideal for smaller homes or flats. The triple dust lock filtration included is designed to prevent dust from being released back into your home, whereas the wide cleaning radius means “no place is out of reach”.

The cleaning gadget also comes with a free one-year manufacturer guarantee. It usually retails for £59.99 but currently has £10 off. The early-bird deal is only for a limited time thanks to Amazon Prime's Big Deal Day 2024.

Taking place on Tuesday, October 8 and Wednesday, October 9, the online retail company is set to slash prices on a wide variety of popular products, including Kindle tablets, Fire TV Sticks, and Echo smart speakers for its Amazon Prime members.

From the reviews, it is clear customers like the suction power and lightweight design of the vacuum cleaner. They mention it's “very effective” at its job, works well on hard surfaces and carpets, and is easy to clean. Some also appreciate that the product is value for money.

Leaving it five stars, Sid Smile said: “It’s been about 6 months since I bought this vac. It’s great. Why pay a lot of money for a well-named cordless vacuum when this does an equally good job? Good suction, is easy to dismantle and keeps the filter and inner workings clean. Simple to put back together.”

Jillian Riley added: “I am very pleased with my Russell Hobbs Vacuum it's simple to put together and very effective doing the job. It has an easy-to-empty canister. I believe it's good value for money. And easy to move around.”

Whereas another customer penned: “The first thing that struck me was how small this was. However, it is powerful and picked up a lot of dust that my older one didn’t. I only have a small flat so it's fine for me. I think it might be difficult with larger properties and would need to be emptied more than once. For me the compactness is great, I don't have much storage space and it is far easier to put away than my older larger vacuum cleaner.”
