Amazon Prime Big Deal Days sale is here and if you have been looking for a great deal on an outdoor camera, this Ring outdoor camera will help you save the pounds. The Ring Stick Up Cam Pro is £79.99 during Amazon's Big Deal Days and is the cheapest price we've ever seen it.

As a quick look on CamelCamelCamel shows the previous ever cheapest price was £120, but this is the first time it's dropped below £80. It is one of the best security cameras we have used as we reviewed it in our sister paper the Daily Express.

Testing it out for myself I rated it 'a do-it-all security camera with a hefty price' although it's cost is now certainly not as hefty, thanks to Prime. The Stick Up Cam Pro boasts its Bird-Eye Zones which allows you to choose your home from a satellite view, choose the position where your camera is set up then choose the area that you want the camera to observe.

This allows the camera to track motion on a path so you can see where the person or object is going or has been. It comes along with a 1080p HDR camera which can keep an eye on any part of your home while your away. You can even speak and talk through the device as well as use an inbuilt alarm to scare off people or animals that might be getting a bit too close.

And because it has a battery inside, you can install it anywhere you want and it takes a battery pack that is easily taken out and charged whenever you need to. We found that it took around 10-20 minutes to put up and allowed us to keep a close eye on our property while we were home and away thanks to the Ring app.

However, the biggest problem was the price of the device which was a whopping £159.99 to buy - but thanks to this Amazon price drop, you don't need to worry about that anymore at the £80 price tag. It is still a big chunk of cash - but we highly recommend the device if you want a neat little device that will keep your home and valuables safe.

Only 10% of 149 Amazon-rating-shoppers gave the model a small one-star, some of the negative comments said the 'picture quality was poor' and had 'bad audio'. Alternatively Tapo has this £54.99 outdoor solar camera if you don't fancy paying £80 on the Stick Up Cam Pro which might be a better for a cheaper price at Currys.
