Boots reduce No7 eye cream that 'smooths lines instantly' to £10 - but be quick

Shoppers have a very limited window to claim the highly-rated product for a discounted price

Boots shoppers have a limited time to claim a discounted product that promises to wipe away imperfections around your eyes. At almost half price, people are quickly stocking up.

As part of Boots' weekly £10 Tuesday offer, dozens of items receive a 24-hour price drop, and people sometimes can snap up their favourite products for less. One highly-rated item is the No7 Youthful Eye Serum, which shoppers love.

It targets "key signs of ageing for younger looking eyes". It uses a blend of hyaluronic acid and vitamin C to "smooth, revitalise and brighten" the skin around the eyes with "a youthful radiance".

It claims to get to work quickly, with noticeable results after just four weeks of use, but some shoppers say they notice a difference much quicker than that. It is also designed to fade away wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness - as well as leaving improved skin firmness.

Plenty have given the 15ml product, usually priced at £19.95, a glowing review after seeing what the cream can do for their skin. One said: "This was a lovely cream that had INSTANT results! It smoothed fine lines out."

Another added: "I’ve used this eye serum for a number of years now and come back to it again and again. It is my ‘go to’ when I feel any tightness from other eye care creams."

A third wrote: "I’ve been using this eye serum for many years. It’s the only product I’ve found that keeps the skin around my eyes well hydrated. Wouldn’t be without it."

Someone else added: "Like most people, I’m a little bit sceptical when it comes to using new products that claim to make differences to the appearance of your skin. However, with this product I have noticed an improvement in the fine lines around my eyes.

"My skin certainly seems smoother and fine lines seem less obvious. The skin around my eyes seems brighter and more hydrated. I would definitely recommend this product and I will certainly be stocking up."

However, not everyone was a fan. Some reported seeing "no results" despite using it "religiously" for well over a month.

Another claimed: "I saw a noticeable improvement in my lines and crows feet. However, after a couple of weeks it started to dry out my skin, leaving is red and inflamed."
