'I already had expensive-looking Citizen watch in my basket and Prime Day saved me £98 on it'

Our fashion editor Lauren has had her eye on this luxe Citizen timepiece for a while- luckily it's just been reduced by £98 on Amazon Prime Day

Shopping on Amazon's Prime Big Deal Day can be a little overwhelming with hundreds of products to choose from including tech, beauty, household and, of course, fashion but when you've got a basket full of favourites ready and waiting it's a joy to see some of them reduced during Prime Day.

I can reveal that I've had my eye on Citizen Ladies' Classic Corso Eco-Drive Watch for a while now but at £229 I can't quite plucked up the courage to splurge. However with Amazon Big Deals Day in full swing I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been reduced heavily and is now enjoying a 43% price reduction at £130.20- that's a huge saving of £98. Good huh?

It's a classic timepiece that will always remain in style, which is what initially drew me into this particular design. I'll be stacking it with my favourite bangle and charm bracelet. As a gold wearer, the elegant gold and silver mix will complement my other jewellery pieces perfectly.
