Amazon's October promotion is giving Prime members exclusive savings across thousands of products and beauty fans are obsessed over a gadget they never knew they needed.

The Artethys Mini Fridge, as the name suggested, is a miniature fridge that is used to keep your skincare and makeup essentials fresher for longer. Available in three sizes, 4L, 8L and 10L, shoppers can enjoy 15% to 20% off on this bedroom must-have with the smallest size priced at £28, instead of £32.99.

Skincare with potent antioxidants like vitamin C or retinols can also be stored in the fridge to slow down oxidation, these products are usually packed in a tinted bottle with a label suggesting to store in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight.

Shoppers also like to put their face masks and eye creams in the fridge for cooling and depuff to revive tired looks. One shared: "For the bedroom, has a low background hum noise, but I actually like it, like a white noise. Perfect to keep eye cream and face cream cool, I can get about 8 small products in there."

A second bought two mini fridges for her two granddaughters to keep the face masks and lip balms cool, adding: "The product is sturdy and just the right size to sit on a dressing table. It is multifunctional with plenty of storage and a useful make-up mirror on the front. The fan is very quiet. Well worth the money and very pleasing aestethic for teenagers."

The dimmable mirror on the 'fridge door' has three light levels, which are handy when applying makeup. The shelf can be removed and it can fit six cans of beverage if you want to store drinks instead of skincare.

But some customers said the fan in the fridge was noisy. One wrote: "Plugged in and it's noisy, takes ages to get cold. Nice and big with lots of space inside. Have kept it but had to put in spare room because at night it's quite annoying."

Another noticed the mirror on her fridge had a few scratches, but nothing faulty. The 4L size is now reduced to £28 and the 8L version is now retailed at £37.38 while the biggest 10L fridge is dropped to £44.58.
