Tech lovers could be in for a treat this month with discounts to be had on PC's, gaming consoles, peripherals and more. With Amazon Prime taking place on October 8 and 9 2024, there are likely to be plenty of amazing bargains set to land across the site.

One gamer favourite that has been given five stars by fans has been reduced to less than £100, serving up a brilliant gaming experience for a bargain price. This compact but capable monitor also features FreeSync Support, as well as VGA, HDMI and Display Port. The narrow border and frameless design offer minimal bezel distraction for the ultimate battle stations.

Gamers who have already snapped up the AOC monitor on Amazon have been delighted with their frugal tech treat.

One left a five-star review saying "Absolutely outstanding, every game feels so smooth. The response time is excellent," while another added, "I use it for my PS5, and it looks stunning."

A third said: "I play Train Sim World 4 a lot and it handles it well. The colours are bright and true. Text is also very clear with no blurring. This is a great screen if you are on a low budget.

"The built-in speakers are a bit tinny but a soundbar will solve this if you need good quality sound for gaming."

One buyer, however, was less than impressed with the overall quality of the screen, they said: "The screen looks like it has a fade over the entire screen. No amount of messing around with the settings can fix it either. Will be returning, unfortunately!"

The rock-bottom monitor can be purchased through CCL with next-day delivery, and Amazon Prime members could also see it land in their living rooms within 24 hours with Amazon Prime membership.

If you can't wait to snap up a new monitor, Agos is selling an ACER 24-inch monitor for £89 while Currys has the LG 27MS550 Monitor for £114.
