This award is regarded as one of the most prestigious accolades for site managers who demonstrate outstanding dedication to building high quality homes and a rigorous judging process evaluates site managers on their leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to health and safety standards.

Colin is delighted to be taking home this prestigious award for the third year in a row, saying: “The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards puts site managers through a substantial process to set applicants apart, and I’m thrilled to have received a Seal of Excellence Award for our Stoneyetts Village development.

“A huge thanks to the site team for all their hard work in shaping this development into a thriving and welcoming community with homes we can be truly proud of.

"We wouldn’t be here without our brilliant suppliers and valued buyers.

"I’d like to also extend my congratulations to the other successful recipients.”

Andrew McArthur, regional operations director for Miller Homes Scotland West, added: “We’re thrilled with Colin’s win and it’s a testament to his hard work, leadership skills and ability to exceed all expectations.

“Our culture of commitment, dedication, and passion for delivering quality homes to customers across the West of Scotland shines through with Colin’s win.

"He is a testament to what we do at Miller Homes and why we do it.

"We’re extremely proud of Colin for securing this accolade for the third year, and hope he inspires site managers from across the country to push themselves for excellence.”

Colin will now compete for the national Supreme Award, which will be announced in January.
