Amazon customers are singing praises for a £30 perfume, Elizabeth Arden Sunflowers HoneyDaze, which they claim has an impressive longevity and is perfect for daily use. Currently, the 100ml bottle is available at a 10% discount on Amazon, and shoppers are thrilled with its value for money.

The fragrance was launched last year by Laurent Le Guernec, known for his work with luxury brand Bond No 9, which typically charges over £300 for a 100ml bottle. As the name suggests, this scent draws inspiration from honey but leans towards a more natural aroma.

It opens with notes of citrus, mandarin orange, and beeswax, then transitions into a floral heart of magnolia and jasmine, before settling on a woody cedar note. Despite being described as sweet by those who have tried it, it's not considered a gourmand, reports the Liverpool Echo.

The perfume has garnered an average score of 4.6 out of 5 across 117 global ratings, with customers appreciating its value for money and lasting scent. One shopper shared: "I love Elizabeth Arden perfumes. This one is light ,fresh just beautiful. I have it beside my bed and spray it on me every time I go in my bedroom. It is very light so I don't mind spraying it a lot. Great value for money."

Another added: "Affordable and such a fresh smell. It's a really sweet smell which is how I like it. The packaging is so cute and easy to carry around! "

One customer commented: "I blind bought this perfume because I am looking for a honey fragrance. Unfortunately, this isn't very honey-forward, but it is lovely. It's fresh, feminine, pretty and youthful. I imagine a young teenage girl enjoying this, and it would make a fun first fragrance for a young lady."

They added: "The longevity is okay, but given the price I have paid, I don't mind respraying. I will enjoy wearing this perfume during summer, but probably won't replace it once the bottle is finished. Nonetheless, I am giving it 4 stars because, like many other Elizabeth Arden fragrances, it's good value for money and decent quality."

Another shopper shared: "I am lucky enough to like a lot of different scents in terms of fragrance, and this one is no exception. The smell is very light and pleasant, and above all lasts a very long time."

They continued: "Honestly, it is probably the perfume that lasts the longest among all the scents I have tried in my life. The smell is present but pleasant, being migraine sufferer I can assure you that it does not cause headaches. The Perfume can be worn for all occasions. I totally recommend it."

However, not everyone was as impressed, with one customer expressing disappointment: "I was looking to buy again the 'Morning Garden' edition that was a lovely perfume. This is not as good."

If you're a fan of an even more authentic honey scent, Lush has recently launched The Bees Knees which, rather than smelling like honey, smells like the perfumer's beekeeper father. It's earthy and smoky with floral notes and a raw honey touch that isn't sweet at all.

If you prefer something sweeter then Le Monde Gourmand Miel Bebe is said to have more of a sweet gourmand scent and is currently £20 for 30ml on Asos. Elizabeth Arden Sunflowers HoneyDaze is available for purchase on Amazon now for £28.90.
