Here's how to apply for the Canara Bank apprentice positions on the official website. Applicants can check how to apply on or before the last date.

Canara Bank has released a notification regaridng applications for the 3000 apprentice vacancies on the official website. As per the update, the registration process will begin from September 21 and will run until October 4, 2024. Aspiring candidates can submit their applications via the official Canara Bank website at canarabank.com. Before applying, candidates must also register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.nats.education.gov.in and ensure their profile is 100 percent complete.

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000, with Rs 10,500 contributed by Canara Bank and Rs 4,500 directly credited by the government through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). No additional allowances or benefits will be provided to apprentices.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Education: Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any field from a government-recognised university or hold an equivalent qualification approved by the central government.

Age limit: Applicants must be between 20 and 28 years of age, born between September 1, 1996, and September 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive).

SELECTION PROCESS

Candidates will be shortlisted based on a merit list, which will be prepared by considering their marks in the 12th Standard (HSC/10+2) or Diploma Examination. The list will be state-wise and sorted in descending order. Document verification and a local language proficiency test will follow this shortlisting.

APPLICATION FEES

A fee of Rs 500 is applicable for all candidates, except for those belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD categories, who are exempt from the fee.
Payments can be made using Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards, or mobile wallets. More information is available on the Canara Bank website.

FINAL SELECTION CRITERIA
