Morrisons announces major change to all its cafes across the UK
The supermarket chain is offering a 'Winter Refills Allowance' which lets customers enjoy a refillable hot drink and a cake for just £4 - it's available in all Morrisons Cafes
by Courtney Eales · ChronicleLiveMorrisons has unveiled a significant change to all its cafes across the UK. To help customers stay cosy during the chillier months, the supermarket chain is introducing a 'winter refills allowance'.
The Winter Refills Allowance allows shoppers to grab a refillable hot drink and a cake for a mere £4. This offer is available in all Morrisons Cafes.
The supermarket boasts a broad selection of hot drinks on its menu starting from £1.85. There's also an abundance of sweet treats with classic Victoria sponge and Sicilian lemon muffin among the options on offer.
Another deal available at Morrisons stores is that kids can eat for free. This offer is available in Morrisons Cafes nationwide, every day, seven days a week when an adult main meal worth £5 is purchased.
Main meals can be found on the menu under 'The Breakfasts', 'The Classics' or the 'Chippy'. Extras are not included, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Customers can claim one free kid's meal from the kids menu that includes favourites like chicken nuggets, chips and beans, bangers and mash or mac 'n' cheese. These items would usually cost £3.50 each.

Morrisons Cafe Buyer, Becky Wilson, highlighted the chain's latest offer, saying: "We are always looking for ways to give our customers more reasons to visit our Cafes and the Winter Refills Allowance does just that. As well as the quality food at affordable prices, our Cafes are a space for communities to connect, work or relax, and they can now do so over a warm mug of their choosing."
