Music composer A R Rahman will be performing at a live music concert to celebrate Kamala Harris's historic candidacy for US president, an Indian-American fundraiser has announced.

Rahman, 57, is the first major international artist from S Asia to have endorsed Harris, who is of mixed Indian and African origin.

The AAPI Victory Fund has endorsed Vice President Harris for this election cycle and is also backing AAPI candidates running for Congress and statewide offices nationwide.
