The arrested accused has been identified as 25-year-old Abjeet Kingra of Winnipeg, the police said, adding that he has been charged with "discharge of a firearm with intent and arson."

The arrested suspect has been identified as 25-year-old Abjeet Kingra of Winnipeg, while another suspect, Vikram Sharma, is believed to have fled to India.
