The relentless rocket attacks have driven people, including vulnerable senior citizens, to seek safety in bunkers. Strangers have come together, united by a shared urgency to survive, as the city's warning sirens blare, signalling the threat of incoming rockets.

Speaking to India Today from the underground command and control centre, located three levels below the earth's surface, Yahav emphasised that Haifa's defences are well-prepared.
