Lionel Messi scored a stunning hat trick on Sunday and guided Miami to a terrific win over New England Revolution. In the process, Inter Miami shattered the record of most points ever scored in a single season of the tournament.

After the win Miami also celebrated the Supporters' Shield - which it won earlier this month on the road at Columbus - in a ceremony for the home fans as Beckham made his way onto the field.
