Cristiano Ronaldo's partner Georgina Rodriguez has opened up about her recent four-day hospitalisation. The 30 year old model expressed her gratitude to the medical team following her stay in hospital due to pneumonia.

This health scare came shortly after the couple's lavish break in Saint-Tropez, sparking speculation of a secret wedding. On Instagram, Georgina shared: "Finally back home! I spent 4 days at the hospital with pneumonia, I'm better now but still recovering at home with my family. I have to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff members, doctors, nurses and everyone at the hospital.

"They took care of me so wonderfully and I'm very grateful for that. Thank you all for such a great stay."

She also confirmed her location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, posting a photo from the Saudi German Hospital, showcasing her IV drip. Cristiano was playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, reports the Mirror.

Goergina and Cristiano have been an item since 2016 and share two children, with Georgina also playing stepmum to Ronaldo's other three kids. The couple sparked wedding ring rumours during a yacht getaway amidst their luxurious holiday, hinting at more than just a casual day out.
