BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans urge 'no votes' for star as they say same thing about outfits

by · Birmingham Live

Strictly Come Dancing enthusiasts cheekily suggested that 'no one should vote' for Sam Quek and Nikita Kuzmin following their steamy performance in the ballroom. The duo certainly didn't hold back as they made a comeback for week six of the BBC One dance contest on Saturday night (October 26), which coincidentally was the show's much-anticipated Halloween special.

Ex-field hockey star Sam and her pro partner Nikita aimed to redeem themselves after last weekend's less-than-stellar performance, and if the audience's response is anything to go by, they definitely stepped up their game in hopes of surviving another week in the fray. They racked up 31 points out of a possible 40 with their energetic Jive to Time Warp from The Rocky Horror Picture Show Cast, complete with an array of kicks and flips.

However, it was their costumes that stole the show, with Nikita grabbing all the attention post a mid-routine costume switch, emulating Dr. Frank-N-Furter, alongside Sam, reports the Manchester Evening News. And it was those very outfits that had Strictly aficionados clamouring for more. @karen_renton tweeted: "Can nobody vote for Sam please so we get to see Nikita in that outfit again? #Strictly."

Meanwhile, @danvers_adore was left stunned: "Sam and nikita? consider me GAGGED #strictly." @linzirob shared: "If there's one thing I love in #Strictly it's a costume change midway through the routine and Sam and Nikita didn't disappoint...Nikita in suspenders every week please."

@V0RESE0KJIN pointed out: "So many mistakes in sam and nikita's jive but the SERVE of those costumes omg #strictly."
