The cherished television personality, 54, received the substantial inheritance after Samantha's death aged 53.
The Star Wars and Harry Potter actor, who first crossed paths with Samantha on a movie set when he was just 17, is the appointed sole executor of her estate. According to documents obtained by The Sun, her estate totalled £536,830 at the time of her death.
Samantha died after a challenging battle with sepsis, meningitis and Strep B infections. Back in 2018, Sammy bravely shared her struggle with the trio of infections she picked up following a spinal surgery.

She confessed her belief that she was "going to die", admitting: "For four days I cried, 'I don't want to die,' I was absolutely sobbing. On the fifth day I thought, 'I'm gonna die and can't do anything about it."
Samantha had been diagnosed with achondroplasia, a condition leading to dwarfism, and Warwick similarly lives with a condition known as spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita. Following Samantha's death, Warwick paid a poignant tribute to her.
Davis shared that his wife's mobility was affected after she suffered from sepsis in 2018, yet she was "determined it would not impact her quality of life". He continued: "She was my most trusted confidante and an ardent supporter of everything I did in my career."
Warwick had previously discussed his wife's health challenges following a severe sepsis episode in 2018. The star recounted to The Sun how her condition took a turn for the worse just before a family caravan trip.
Reflecting on the traumatic experience, he said: "The next few hours were the longest of my life as I waited on the ward with our children in the empty space left by Sam's hospital bed." Warwick has also spoken poignantly about the heartbreak he and Samantha endured due to their respective health issues, which led to the loss of two of their children.
Their first son, Lloyd, passed away after nine days because his lungs were underdeveloped. Another devastating loss came when Samantha was 19 weeks pregnant with their son, George.
He expressed: "It's something that a baby won't survive. But Lloyd survived for nine days, but yeah he was beautiful. It was a tough time. And yeah, we had a stillborn too."
