People on Personal Independence Payment who have six conditions are most likely to get £700 plus from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Six PIP health conditions most likely to get £737 payments for five years or more have been revealed.

More than 1.5 million Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claimants have been awarded ongoing support worth up to £737.20 per month, new data shows. In July, it emerged 1,501,215 individuals from England, Scotland, Wales and expatriates have been granted ongoing awards due to disabilities, chronic ailments, or various physical or mental health conditions.

Six conditions with PIP award of five years or longer include visual diseases at 58 per cent, musculoskeletal disease (general) at 50.8 per cent, respiratory illnesses at 49 per cent, neurological diseases at the same rate, as well as autoimmune illnesses and musculoskeletal diseases (regional), both ar around 45 per cent.
