Michelle Keegan admits 'boring' change in marriage to Mark Wright

Michelle Keegan has candidly shared a "boring" shift in her married life with Mark Wright.

The couple, who exchanged vows nine years ago at the picturesque St Mary's Church in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, have since noticed a change in their romantic escapades. The 37-year-old actress opened up about the transformation almost a decade of marriage has brought to their relationship.

Revealing insights into their less wild date nights, the 'Fool Me Once' star divulged that their excursions tend to finish earlier and are "a bit more boring". Their time together has increasingly been spent cosy at home rather than out on the town.

Spilling details to Closer Magazine, Michelle expressed contentment with their quieter life, saying: "I'm happy to have a night on the sofa with our dogs watching TV and relaxing. But we do still like to get dressed up and go out for dinner. In the old days, we'd go out for dinner and drinks until the early hours. But now, after dinner, I'll look at my watch and say, 'It's 9:30pm, we'd better get back home for bedtime! It's a bit more boring now! ".

Even with the toned-down nights out, Michelle remains preoccupied with her thriving acting career, and it appears she's set for more intriguing roles ahead. Danny Brocklehurst, the producer associated with her through hits like 'Brassic', anticipates a continued high demand for her talents, reports the Mirror.

In a chat with the Daily Star, he expressed: "I think there's a very high chance we won't be able to get her for TV shows in the future."

Michelle's recent role in Fool Me Once has skyrocketed in popularity, becoming Netflix's most-watched series of the year and captivating audiences worldwide.

Michelle's spouse Mark Wright, to whom she's been wed since 2015, has voiced his confidence in her acting prowess. He hinted that she could be the next Bond Girl due to her grounded nature and loyalty to her roots, as he discussed on Heart Radio.

"That is why when she sits there and reads news that she's in the running to be the next Bond Girl, she's like 'nah, no chance, I'm not having it! ' But then when you think about it, why not? " he stated. "However, this doesn't deter Mark from believing that his wife could land the role. He further added: "They've put her in the mix with Jodie Comer, [who] also could be running, and in the past we've had Rosamund Pike, Monica Bellucci, Halle Berry - just imagine if Michelle is the next Bond girl!".
