Gogglebox star Izzi Warner left fans stunned as she made a candid revelation about her relationship status on the Channel 4 show, sharing she's been single for a while

Gogglebox star Izzi Warner left viewers stunned with a frank admission about her personal life on the show, revealing that she's been single for a considerable period. The Channel 4 favourite, who features on the programme with her sister Ellie, caught fans off-guard when she disclosed her separation from her long-term partner Grant.

The pair had been together for many years, with Izzi first posting pictures of Grant back in 2014. They lived together in Leeds and had two children, a son named Bobby and a daughter, Bessie Rose.

Izzi opened up about their split, sharing that they went their separate ways 18 months ago. In the latest episode aired on Friday, she outlined what she's looking for in a potential partner, referring to it as her 'Mary Poppins' list, after Ellie encouraged her to describe her ideal man.

Izzi asked her sister: "My partner who is practically perfect in every way, do you want to hear it? It's quite extensive.

"I've separated it into essentials and nice-to-haves. So on the essentials, we've got: hardworking, open-minded, kind, attractive, good with money, clean criminal record, zero drugs police/no drink problem, emotional intelligence, full head of hair, patient, discreet, loyal, supports my hobbies, wants to be my plus one.

"And then nice to haves: nice teeth, nice car, generous, good style, taller than me, cooks nice dinners. So hence why I've been single for the last 18 months."

Gogglebox fans were left in shock when they learned that Izzi is now single. Remarks on what once was Twitter included one fan's query: "Wait, Izzi is single? #Gogglebox", while another mentioned, "Izzi single? I never knew that."

A third viewer expressed their surprise with the comment: "Wait what did izzy say that she was single? ".

Mortgage advisor Izzi won praise from viewers back in May after posting about her "first solo" holiday with her children. She documented her Disney trip in a video montage sharing: "This was my first solo trip abroad with kids and I just threw myself in at the deep end but I am so glad I did! It was super tiring but so worth it for the memories we've made. This won't be my last trip with them now I've done the first but maybe somewhere a bit more relaxing next time."

Fellow Gogglebox star Baasit Siddiqui congratulated Izzi, commenting: "Awww looks like you had an amazing time. Well done for being outnumbered! It's hard enough when both me and Mel have the munchkins together! ".

Recently, Izzi excitedly announced a new family member on Instagram, declaring, "not just a regular Mom, I'm a horse Mom". She couldn't hide her joy as she introduced her horse, adding, "It honestly feels like a childhood dream come true. I feel so lucky to have found such a special girl to make memories with."

Elaborating on her horse's name, she said: "Some things are just meant to Bea."

When questioned whether the horse was for her or her children, Izzi clarified that the horse was solely for her, stating: "She's 15.2hh and built like a table so no. You just can't see her size from the front on."

Another fan noted the horse's large size, to which Izzi responded: "Look at her feet. She's not small," and added: "They're like dinner plates!"
