Jennifer Aniston has debunked a rumour about her and Barack Obama being 'obsessed with each' - but admitted another, which involved a fish, was true. The former Friends star was put in the hot seat when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday.

The host was keen to set the record straight about a number of rumours circulating about Jennifer, and hit her with a number of questions, which she then either confirmed or denied. The 55-year-old was also asked if there was any truth to an inTouch magazine headline that stated: “The truth about Jen and Barack [Obama]!”

The article claimed: “Michelle [Obama] betrayed as Aniston steals her husband’s attention”, and suggested the pair were "obsessed with each other”. Jennifer said: "That was... of all the calls you get from your publicist, where you're just like 'oh no, what's it going to be?' or an email saying some cheesy tabloid is going to make up a story, and then it's that... I was not mad at it!"

The Mirror reports that when Jimmy pressed her on whether there was anything in the story, she replied: "No, that is absolutely untrue. It is untrue. I met him once. I know Michelle more than him."

Jennifer was also asked whether she had ever enjoyed a salmon sperm facial - and the live studio audience was in disbelief when she confirmed that she had. She blushed as she said: "But! Let me explain to you. It’s not like, ‘How do you get sperm out of a salmon?’ I mean, it was unclear. I just took the woman’s word that it was, that’s what it was. I was like, ‘Sure!’ It’s like micro needling and then they push the salmon sperm in. Don’t I look like a salmon? Don’t I have beautiful salmon skin?"

The actress was also rumoured to have installed a 4,000 dollar anti-aging water filter at her home - for her dogs. Jennifer denied the story, saying: "That is not true." However the pair then discussed whether or not such an item existed, prompting Jimmy to ask if she would buy one if it did. Jennifer then replied with a somewhat unconvincing: "No."
