Sir Tom Jones has become a staple on The Voice and while he has no plans of stopping just yet, he did make a candid admission about his career coming to an end.

Sir Tom, who was joined by fellow judges will.i.am, LeAnn Rimes and new duo Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher, took a moment to reflect on his impressive career and that he can't believe he is 84 this year.

"It's a wonderful life, you know, show business," Sir Tom said to his co-stars.

"When you perform on stage and you get that love coming back from the audience. You think 'What could be better than this?' and that's the way I still feel today. Like I did when I was a kid."

Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am replied: "To see you here, still being that inspiration and still being active, is just mind-boggling."

In a candid admission, the Sex Bomb singer admitted: "It is to me as well. As the years go on, you think 'How long is this voice going to last?'. I'm on stage and I open up and there it is and I think 'Is that voice coming from me?' and that's the God's honest truth, you know. I'm 84 this year."

Viewers of the show also agreed and flocked to the comment sections after the official The Voice account posted the clip to social media.

And while Sir Tom has no plans of leaving the show, his former co-star Anne Marie previously discussed the singer retiring.

Speaking to Express.co.uk and other press, the 2002 singer said: "He feels like every time he does a show, he said to us.."Because I was like, 'Are you bored? Are you done?

"I was like, 'You have experienced so much and nothing is new to you', and he said, 'Every time I hear a new voice, it is the best feeling ever'."

"He just loves it," the pop star added. "He just loves it."
