My brother won the Premier League with Arsenal but I want Man City to win the title

The Gunners travel to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday to take on Manchester City in a huge game in the Premier League title race

It's the big one in the Premier League this weekend - Manchester City vs Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium. Last season's top two, who were only separated by two points, going head-to-head early in the new campaign.

The Gunners got the better of the Citizens in their two duels last year, winning 1-0 at the Emirates Stadium and drawing 0-0 away. Mikel Arteta will be hoping for similar if not better this year.

He knows Arsenal cannot afford to lose pace with Pep Guardiola's team, no matter how early it is in the season, if they want to end their Premier League drought and lift the title in May.

A win at the Etihad Stadium would take the Gunners to the top of the Premier League table on Sunday. Defeat would see them drop five points behind City just five games into the campaign.

There could be friction in one big footballing household come Sunday. Kolo Toure did play for both clubs, but made his name at Arsenal, playing 225 times for the Gunners - 143 more times than he did for City - although he did win the Premier League title with both clubs.

Brother Yaya only played for City in the Premier League and his only allegiance is with Guardiola's team.

Speaking to Futbin.com, he said: "Arsenal always seem to start ahead of Manchester City and then they drop. I don’t know how but it may be down to the lack of experience and their consistency.

"Maybe they can overcome City this season but as a City fan I want City to win it.

"City have always been the best team in the league for some time now and it is what I predicted would happen when I joined the club. I was always thinking that one day City will take the throne from United."
