ITV Dancing On Ice confirms reality TV star as first contestant for 2025

A reality show star has confirmed she will be on Dancing On Ice 2025 as she appeared on Good Morning Britain on Monday

Ferne McCann has confirmed she has signed up to the new series of Dancing On Ice.

The Only Way Is Essex star has announced her reality show My Family and Me will end this year, but announced she has something more exciting coming up. Confirming she was doing the new series of the skating show, she told Good Morning Britain of the good news.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain today, she told hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls: "I'm doing Dancing On Ice! So excited! I've done Winter Wonderland with the children, but the penguins the kids have got - I'm crunched over them! I'm looking forward to it; it's going to be a huge challenge. But the glitz and the glam, it's going to be brilliant."

She admitted she didn't know who her partner was on the skating show yet and hadn't started rehearsals yet. She confessed she was competitive and was hoping to do well on the show. "I'm looking forward to the challenge. We haven't started training, we train next week. It's the perfect timing with My Family and Me ending."
