Where to buy PS5 Pro console in the UK

The PS5 Pro console is still available to pre-order at PlayStation Direct, Amazon, Argos, Very and Currys. Once the November 7 'buy now' goes live, these will all be shifted from 'pre-order' to 'buy now' - although it's not certain how long the stock will last, hence why a lot of keen gamers choose to order early.

The price is set at £699 for all retailers, the only place offering a deal is EE - and a minimal £5 saving.

When will the PS5 Pro be delivered?

Currys has added a load of delivery options for PS5 Pro shoppers

For those who pre-ordered deliveries, they are expected to start landing as soon as tomorrow, Thursday, November 7, or soon after from PlayStation Direct. For those who wait until the launch date to buy, the site currently says: "delivered within four business days". The wait for the rival launch - of the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition 30th Anniversary Limited Edition is eeked out further for an expected November 21 delivery date.

Curry's has a similar 3-5 "working day" delivery for free although it does give PS5 Pro shoppers the option to pay more for 'all-day' delivery on November 7 - which is £5. A 'before noon' delivery slot is £9.99 and the same price for an 'Evening '5 to 10pm' slot.

Argos is also offering free delivery on November 7, even if you ordered now (time of writing 10am Wednesday, November 6). Considering the demand and interest surrounding the console this is surprising to see - shoppers should remember though that delivery may vary depending on their postcode.

Sony will enhance these games after PS5 Pro launch

The new PS5 Pro console comes with new advanced ray tracing, PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, and an upgraded GPU (that's if your TV is compatible with it). So, to fit with the new enhancements, Sony is updating these much-loved games.

There are more than 50 on the list, but included are Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Fortnite, God of War Ragnarök, Hogwarts Legacy, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and both the Last of Us Part I and Part II Remastered. You can shop digital and disc version of games online as PlayStation Direct, here, just remember you will need a Disc Drive for the new PS5 Pro console.

As we're hours away from the PS5 Pro launch, the rival PS5 Slim model has also been proving popular, especially on Amazon. While Very has added the Nintendo Switch to its Black Friday offers.
